Be for i got pregnent i was a smoker.. i know eewwi!!! But i was told about a program were you get diapers for a year if you quit... so i mean i had quit soon as i found out but i still qualified and now i get a gift car every month with $50 for my little girls diapers and all i do is go in ones a month to show i havnt smoked!!! id you have wic ask about this program maybe u can do it....
