They don't issue them at the hospital anymore. The only thing they take care of is the SS card. You will need to go down the the county register office to get a copy of it

@reaganmommy2015, and @abeals04 one nurse told me they would send it to me but I called and they were like nopeee

I know in California they don't which sucked ass when I found that out. Two of my kids were born in riverside and the other was born in Downey California @autumnrae

Oregon doesn't issue them at the hospital anymore. Have to go to the county vital records office to get them. Kinda sucks

@reaganmommy2015, yeah I was annoyed too!! luckily I live where she was born but it's dumb I had to pay $5 for the ap and 20 for the certificate! the first one should be Free!

I think it was $28 dollars in all over here
