Thought I slept good last night & enough so that I wouldn't need a nap. Yeah right, just woke up from my routine morning nap & it's almost noon. 🙈 NEED to put myself on a better sleeping schedule.

The hospital I'm at doesn't take babies to the nursery at all. So here I am struggling to stay up and breastfeed. I need a power nap 😴

Update in comments! 2 year old refusing naps

I need help! My two year old is a nightmare to put down for a nap. The issue is, she NEEDS her nap or she's a nightmare the rest of the day. I also have a newborn (will be 3 weeks old tomorrow), so I NEED the two year old to nap for my sanity! I get no sleep at night... and no break during the day. I'm going to rip my hair out.
