@sarahmercer, its a belly belt with the elastic bands and velcro

I'm not at home right now but mine had 3 parts. one that you put under your belly (it has a stretchy band to go around your back and connect to the front) then the back support part that attaches to the front belly band. then it has one that attaches to the back but comes up and over your belly to the other side. so confusing!! if you can't figure it out I'll take pictures as soon as I'm home!!
