I was a CNA until I went and got MA certified. I'm 21 years old. I was a CNA for 2 years and it was the most stressful aggravating job in the world. We get everything thing blamed on us, we get all the work that the nurses and doctors don't want, and when we do a great job the nurses and doctors get the credit! Just remember, every life you touch you made a difference. Those people know who you are. We are the Behind the scenes people. The people we help and their family's know who you are. You made a difference in their life and no one can take that away from you :)

@breezygirl, right I know but when she was saying all this I was so angry I didn't even say anything 20 plus people and almost 7 months prego not a good day

@brookieray112, you can't let that stress you out, it takes the whole unit to care of and mantain a unit. CNA S and nurses included it's everyday job

@breezygirl, my don blamed me for every single thing wrong with the unit that I work when we work under staffed and I only work 3 days a weeks
