I've been seriously thinking about a therapist @hermommy I'm also hoping the meds the dr is going to prescribe me for my hormones will help too.

I pray about everything when I'm down it makes feel 100% better.... @babyhope07

depression meds it's the same as normal depression from what I've been told or instead of meds get a therapist and just talk:)
