I woke up this morning feeling super nauseous (never felt this bad unless I was throwing up), my stomach hurting bad, worse than any period cramps I ever had, and my lower back pain seems to be getting worse to. I've never experience nausea and back pain with my periods, but I feel like it may be coming because this morning I was spotting again, this time it was a bit of a darker red color.
