not a excessive amount I have gained 12 my whole pregnancy I'm trying to stay with 12-20 if that.

it really depends on your pre pregnancy weight. everyone is different, and if your doctor is okay with how much you're gaining, you're fine

yes everyone is different it depend on your bmi an to gain 35-45 you had to be pretty small. my bmi was kind of high so I stayed at the weight in was supposed to stay in.
