It's been SUPER hectic, but here's my story. lol

I was at the ER at 2am having contractions every 30 minutes & was only 3cm dilated, so I get sent home & was told they were just practice contractions.

I woke up around 6am feeling like I had to use the bathroom really really bad, so I went & it seemed to help. I really thought I just needed to use the bathroom bad. lol so I didn't think anything of it, just kept going to the bathroom. Eventually the pain got way worse, so of course I called my mommy. lol That was about 8 or 9. She thought I was just anxious to have him & told me "Lets wait for your water to break, or they get really really close". Then they were like 10 minutes apart. I wasn't just " anxious", then I knew something wasn't right. Especially when I started wiping blood & had an extreme urge to push! I was screaming & cussing in pain like I've NEVER felt. My boyfriend said "We're going, get ready & call your mom now". I had to endure about another hour of contractions because getting ready took so long. Finally we made it to the hospital around close to 11. I got my cervix checked & I was already at 9cm. I was immediately taken to an actual delivery room. I wanted an epidural so bad, I was basically begging between contractions. Then they said " First we have to get some blood". Then I knew I wasn't getting any meds bc my veins suck & they couldn't even get an IV in before I was 10cm. She was like "Okay ready to push?". & I had pushed twice & everyone started freaking out, the nurses, my bf & my mom. I didn't know what had happened until 15 minutes after he was born, but his right shoulder got stuck. & That caused his arm to be limp & he has a bruise on it. It's okay now though he's moved it a little. & Since I had gestational diabetes his sugar had to be checked & at first it was low, but after he ate it was all good. His sugar has to be checked before & after he eats, but he takes the pokes like a champ. lol Anyway, long story short NEVER wait that long to go to the hospital. I had to have an 8lb 2oz baby alll natural. That was not my plan. lol But he's here & its all been worth it 💙👶😍
