I've heard that too I've also heard to do it as often as possible so there is swimmers already there and so there are more swimmers idk I guess to really increase the chances.

sperm can live inside you for up to 5 days with a good load. remember it only takes one :)

I've been told it's best to BD every other day after getting a positive ovulation text that way the sperm is built up and is more potent each time. I tried to follow this but my bf and I are horn dogs lol
