they'll either give them end or suggest some children's Tylenol or something so he's not in pain and he'll be able to rest easy

hand foot and mouth does that. it's 100% normal for it too be in the diaper area. I work in daycare and see it all the time.

just make sure to bleach all of his toys after he puts them in his mouth. it will help to keep it from coming back

that's just the general name for it because it's usually there but if he's touched down there or scratched it end up there too

like what @noemysmom said, not just that but it can also be spread by if you have some of his spit on your hands and change the diapers... shoot hand foot and mouth is so bothersome!!! hard to keep it gone too!!

then it's more than likely hand foot and mouth... I promise it's not as bad as it looks.. I hope you can get rid it quick! but make sure the daycare knows so they can sanitize properly to keep it from spreading
