I have HG and honestly nothing I've done has helped me at all, I just kinda learned to deal with it. I know the foods that I can and cannot handle and just go from there

you have to get it from your doctor. but you can also try unisom and vit b6 search the net and it will tell you how much to take @inderriaaaa

Sounds like HG. I've been battling it and in my entire 37 weeks I've probably had one week of days where I wasn't practically bed bound. =(
