I'm going to be a FTM and I'm due in September if God Wills. Im thinking of using cloth diapers, any opinions on that?
I'll PM you some of the other info she gave me, she's been cloth diapering for a while and was a great resource to me! @maryam29
Check out Cloth Diaper Swap II on FB, the other Preggie mom I spoke to has gotten a lot of gently used diapers that way and also look at Nicki's Diapers website too @maryam29
@maryam29, I'm actually using a diaper service. It's not significantly cheaper than disposable, but slightly. We are doing it more for the environmentally friendly aspect and sensitivity of our baby. I do know moms who have sewn them and who have purchased too
lol ya I get regular diapers because it's more convenient and we can't afford to wash them all the time. I personally like regular diapers
@klanc919, okay, I been told diapers are very expensive so that's why I want to do the cloth diaper Lolz
my friend uses those. she loves them her daughter was allergic to all the disposal diapers.
Thank you, @rebcamdot the ones u using do u make them urself or u buy the ones that's already made. I know how to sew I was also thinking of getting the materials and making it myself
I've heard many mixed reviews. My thought is, you are spending the money you save on diapers on a higher water bill haha. Plus, how clean are they really getting?? I was also curious about them before. That was my take away.
@lovelybritt, I'm just going to put them in the washing machine :).
