I sat up last night because I had acid reflux and then suddenly I had to throw up and i jumped out of bed and started running to the bathroom but I didn't make it. I threw up everywhere. all over myself and the floor and then I crawled to the toilet and finished puking in there. my husband helped clean me up, changed my clothes, put me back to bed and then cleaned up the mess. I am so lucky to have such an amazing man
