I'm mad asf I can't go to do work because my drawer was short but 2 other ppl used it and I'm the only one who can't work. so they have to investigate it. but once the camera shows i didn't steal anything can I press charges?

their isn't I have received so 'many good things at work everyone loves working with me I never came up short until they used my drawer. @marce88
@amarismommy510, as a past District Manager in retail, drawer sharing is definitely not acceptable and you should stand up to it however make sure there is no other documentation on other issues with you because they can still find a way to term you if you are in an at will state., good luck!
@amarismommy510, I would sue them and not only that but prove it wasn't your fault and that two other people used it as well

absolutely it does.... idk where you work but when I worked at aldi my drawer was short and no one else runs on our drawer there, but all I had to do was sign a paper stating it wouldn't happen again and if it did I would get written up..... I wasn't ever told I couldn't work
right that my point and I was going on leave the first of march but still every pay check helps @sarahdrew
legally they aren't supposed to let 2 other people on your drawer without doing a shift change & a safe deposit to switch the drawer to another person's name
they gave it all to me because its in my name I guess but the camera is right in front of my drawer and it shows they used it to, mind you we had a new lady come in that day she also used my drawer and this has been the only time this happened. @reaganmommy2015
I would definitely fight it @amarismommy510 if you weren't the only one to use the drawer you shouldn't be the only one punished for the shortage..... it's crazy that you can't work, you have a baby to think about
When the found out you were short $49 dollars did you let them know that two other people used it and that they should be in trouble as well or did your job just put you full responsibility for it cause it was your drawer. Cause I would fight it all the way @amarismommy510

@amarismommy510, ok good, well I would follow up with your DM on the issue if it's not resolved with the store manager. That's what they are there for.
