So my 5 year old son has asthma, his breathing sounds so labored tonight :( he is congested from a cold. I gave him a breathing treatment around 8:30 pm. So about 20 mins ago I suctioned his nose and put some Vicks on his chest. He sounds a little better but I can't sleep. I want to just sit up and watch him all night :( debating wether I should send him to school or not tomorrow. Life of a mom

a cool mist humidifier works amazing. and be careful, my brother had croup the other week (I believe that's how it's spelled) and warmth made coughing and everything worse. So he used my son's cool mist

i have asthma n wat i do is sit in the bathroom with the hot water running so it gets steamy 2 help with my breathing n i did it with my oldest son n my daughter who happens 2 have cystic fibrosis it helps alot
