@tigerlilly, sometimes it is, but in my friends case I don't think it was. she told me she had thoughs of keeping it until her boyfriend said he'd leave her. I worry aboutbher mental state when it hits her because I feel like she is blocking it out. I didnt mention that detail in the original post because I wasnt sure if theres a text cap

coming from a different outlook. my mother had over 10+ abortions and its something to know she had decided to have me and my sister after all that and even my little brother. but she was also on drug constantly and she lost custody of all of us. sometimes its whats best.

@mamanelson23, What kills me the most is her Aunt desperately wants a kid with atleast some of her familys genes, but cant carry. she never got her period ever. I know she would have adopted it! My boss even offered to adopt the baby, but my friend was just too selfish

i would never do it myself but sometimes people arent ready for such a commitment. perhaps they will think about responsibility before having sex. Its a very touchy subject.

@noahsmoma, I know exactly how you feel. My best friend of the last 6 years had 4 abortions and her and I fought so badly about it that it got physical more than once. I also gave my son up for adoption when he was born to a mother who has ovaries that look like Swiss cheese. My own mother had cysts on one of her ovaries and then was forced to have a hysterectomy by the age of 20 due to medical issues. She never even got a chance to try to be pregnant. It's heartbreaking when we know someone who would willingly end a pregnancy when there are so many loving families who can't have children of their own.
