I feel like my boyfriend isn't excited for our daughter....I feel like he doesn't care really....and I feel like he tries to control everything which makes me really depressed....like I feel like im not allowed to be excited about having a baby and about buying things for her and everything because he doesn't seem excited

@rayrayh95, they get scared... It's a new and scary experience. It takes them time. And usually longer than us because we have the baby inside of us.

@daybaby3, maybe give him some time. Don't pressure him. If it continues more, sit him down and nicely tell him how you feel. If it doesn't work, then dont let him get to you.
