probably just pregnancy gingivitis. I work in a dental office so I get my teeth cleaned every 3 weeks or so to make sure I don't have any issues. try rinsing with salt water. that will help kill extra germs and bacteria. continue flossing and brushing often throughout the day. especially after you eat

a waterpik set on the low setting helped mine. may not be for everyone though.
