@myboocoming, No it wasn't at all. My SO did most of it and I only helped him hold some stuff level a couple of times. It maybe took 20-30 min to get everything done. It's an adorable crib, I just wish that it came with the siding pieces for when you can convert it.. I think converter kit is somewhere around $100 :/ Other than that, i love it!
