Dr's appointment tomorrow! I'm nervous! things are finally starting in this journey...but I'm scared of what I'm going to find out and I think I'm starting to develop depression...I'm not sure what's wrong I feel like I'm in a rut and all I wanna do is sleep...hopefully the Dr can refer me to someone that can help.
