You wanna make sure your getting at least 4 glasses of milk. Some dairy like nonfat yogurt. Some fruits and veggies every day. About 5 servings. You want 2 tablespoons of protein. Like peanut butter. And some wheats. Like do some 2 wheat bread toast with peanut butter and a glass of milk with a side of like strawberrys for breakfast. Thats what i eat. Lol then a snack like a cereal bar. Granola bar. Then lunch make a salad with boiled eggs, and a cup of fruit juice. Then a snack like jared peanuts. Then for dinner have chicken ( make sure its cooked all the way) some steamed veggies, and a glass of milk. 😊 all this food talk is making me hungry.!
watermelon is my go to since it's so water dense. bananas go with peanut butter. I put a piece of banana on a spoon then scoop the peanut butter
try bolthouse. you can get them at walmart. they have fruit and veggies mixes, smoothies and protein shakes. I've enjoyed almost every one I've had! they all have 8 servings of fruits so if you drink most of it during the day you get your helping just from that. and chalk full of vitamins!
