my little guy is a month old and is breastfed. he gets formula once a day. he's been having alot of trouble pooping this last two weeks. it's a little clayish and is still yellow though. I'm just trying karo syrup. it got him to poop one diaper full. but he hasn't pooped for four days. negoew he was pooping once a day. is there anything else I could so? he cries out when he tries to poop

I'll be honest, idk if the formula changes anything though
my daughter is breastfed and between week 2 all the way until week 12, she'd sometimes go up to a week without pooping... pediatrician said it's because their body is using all the nutrients and has nothing leftover to waste
I would try a little prunes and apples but not a whole lot since hes little

My son is four days old and I feel like he is pooping too often. He poops at least once after every feeding. The bm's aren't very big though. Just a little in each diaper. Is this normal?

my baby is 6 weeks old and i noticed he hasnt pooped well today all day he didnt and i was told to give him 1 ounce of water and he did poop but that was only 1 time all day today
So I gave Orion prunes last night for dinner... and he has pooped like 6 times since? Seem normal or not related? He usually poops once or twice a day.
Ok mommy’s I’m confused , if I’m not mistaken when I took my newborn to his 2-3 day check up when we got out the hospital , the doctor said once or twice a day or every other day pooping is normal , he’s on formula exclusively so I’m wondering for the mommy’s that formula feed , how many times does or did your newborn poop a day? Or ? Cause he’s been pooping once every other day and I don’t want him to go to long with out pooping! 😔😟
