yeah if you get married then his income will count and you could possibly lose your normal medicaid. but it should still cover you at least the rest of your pregnancy

I just went through the same thing. Mine didn't change because our combined income didn't surpass the income limit for a household of three. Plus I think in the middle of a pregnancy they won't usually drop you. I'd definitely call and talk to them tho. Good luck @babyt16 💕 I hate dealing with insurance. @babyt16 if u get married it's ok I got married but didn't change my last name till after I had my daughter if ur planning on changing ur last name and change ur social b4 baby gets here than u probably will get dropped

just went through this and they won't drop you but you need to tell them you got married and report the income change, tell them you arent working and they'll want proof from your last employer of your last day or work and paycheck stubs for hubby. your coverage won't change though amd will last till six weeks after baby is born.

I haven't changed my name it's still mandatory to report the change. better to let them know then have them find out and have adverse consequences because they can be real a $$ holes lol
