Ok so I usually never bash other places however my ob clinic is probably the worst I've ever had. The people are so rude. They cancel your appointments and not even tell you, or you book something and then call to confirm and they have no appointment for you. Now I'm two weeks away from having my c-section and they call me at work and say we coded your insurance in our system wrong and you are considered private pay right now, not only does the hospital not take private pay scheduled c-sections but they also told me I could be responsible for full payment for the surgery!!!! I'm ready to explode 😡
