Talk to your doc if they are really bad I had bad headaches and they gave me a stronger medication than Tylenol that was also safe for baby .. And they help a lot
@mgould0304, have you tried peppermint oil? Placing it on your head, I haven't tried it but I here it works. I always did my hands and feet in hot water and a cold compress on my neck, the hot water makes your blood rush there and cold slows blood down and headaches are inflamed blood vessels in the head.

try rubbing the webbing between your thumb and index finger on both hands. it works miracles
