The amount of sugar and caffeine in said pop definitely has it's negative affects on baby. Different people also choose to believe different things. I would do your research and kind of develop your own opinion though
Some studies have shown that a high caffein intake is linked to miscarriage. It can accelerate their heart rate too much. And as far as the sugar goes, it can't kill it but it's likely to cause the baby to have diabetes and heart problems after it is born.
Like I said though, different studies say different things.

you can have a miscarriage if you don't drink at the least 100oz of water a day
