Failed my one hour glucose test and have my 3 hour next Monday. What happens if I fail the second one?? Didn't have this issue with my first pregnancy.

You won't necessarily have to take insulin..  I've know plenty that monitor their glucose and manage it with diet change only.

They'll diagnose you as GD and you may have to take insulin for the rest of your pregnancy
