Heartburn is going to be the death of me.

Smoothie tums worked for me! Only because I could eat a lot of them. Regular ones are so gross lol

I have the peppermint,but the bottle says not more then 5 in 24 hours I'll taken 4 already.

be careful how many you take mama, taking too many throws off the pH balance in your stomach and can actually make the heartburn worse
