@mamiluvu71416, my left one is more tender and seems larger too. I hate my pregnant nipples. so dark and big now 😂😣 I know earthmamababyangel makes an amazing nipple butter, might help the tenderness and itching

Probably milk ducts getting themselves ready or blood vessels. mine are getting the lovely blue veins. I can't wait to breastfeed and get these suckers back to their real size
