I feel so stuck....
I've been craving subway like an MF! I had a 6 inch yesterday and today, it's all I think about. The one I had yesterday wasn't heated up because the thought of hot deli meat makes me want to vomit but I went for it since I haven't had deli meat since months before I even found out I was pregnant. Today, that's all I want but I'm afraid of overdoing it you know? My cravings are so severe that I usually can't eat anything but the craving so idk what to do. How do you satisfy your cravings for things you can't have? "My mind is telling me no, but my bodyyyy, my bodyyyy is telling me yeeeeaaah!" 😂

I eat lunch meat all the time and have never heated it up thats just gross lol

Lunch meat isn't healthy during pregnancy. I don't know what to tell you about your intense cravings....lol good luck, don't over do it!

I never heat mine it makes nauseous... You can eat what you want during pregnancy minus raw foods

just eat it. you could avoid lunch meat and get hit by a car. you can only control so much. and now you've got my subway cravings in a bunch

I ate cold subs my whole pregnancy with my first. No problems and she's fine. Just get a sub :)

It's only if the meat is at room temperature, cold meat is fine. Who would eat meat that's been at room temperature even if you weren't pregnant? I wouldn't. I eat mine cold or om a toasted sandwich. Though I did heat the rare roast beef my mom got. I was also told no salami or baloney though.
