Means the baby is smaller than 99% of babies

just means size and measurement wise they are smaller then what doctors consider normal

oh okay well her babies not a midget are anything how could he still be considered an abnormal size @kellynicole @mccluregirls

my oldest is only in the 3% n she is healthy (minus her tummy troubles-long story) she will b 5 in November and is 30lbs. She is just tiny.

My daughter was below the 5th percentile when she was born. She's now 4 and in the 98th percentile. Some babies are just small or gain weight later on.
