Alright mommies my widwife suggested that I get a drink that is high in protein like ensure because…

I drank lots of ensures in the beginning of my pregnancy. They're actually really good and have lots of different vitamins and minerals that are really good for you too.

I like pediasure.

I personally like strawberry. It's kind of like drinking strawberry milk.

I got the chocolate ensure because I'm that 1% with first trimester symptoms still.it doesn't taste too bad, just the aftertaste :/

My doctor told me that because ive had so much nausea that i cant really eat but i never did cuz i could barely eat anything and that just wasnt working

But i have tried before being pregnant and i personally like i think its vanilla but strawberry and chocolate taste horrible for me

@mommyof3boys, I drink these like crazy. They are amazing. Few of my friends were told to drink these as well because they couldn't keep food down and the baby wasn't getting the things it needed so their doctors had them drink these.

@mommyof3boys, they sell them at Kroger for like $2.99 and it's always buy one get one free but I been drinking them my whole pregnancy so far.
