Okay mommies I got a question. My 7 month old refuses the bottle. He only likes one when he first wakes up. Then he has formula in his cereal of course but I am afraid he's not getting enough fluids. He will eat solid foods like crazy. Any ideas how he can get more fluids? Like what else can a 7 month old have or any methods?

Try a sippy cup! My son is all about being independent so it may help if he can do it himself. They have one that is a starter and looks a lot like a bottle with little handles.

try a sippy cup of formula maybe he will drink it. Also juice and water they can have
