So I did my glucose test it came out high.
That day I had coffee and a bread and I ask her is that ok even though I had food. She said it was fine but I think that's the reason it came out positive but anyway I have to go back and take it over but this time it's a 3 hour fasting. I'm praying that it comes out negative.

I knew it I told her and she said no it's okay. I told her my understanding is that I'm not suppose to have anything and she made take the test. But now I have to go back and I'm sure it will come out negative this time @_stephanie.g

you can have a light breakfast or a light lunch depending on when you took the test just nothing to eat,drink, or smoke after you drink the nasty stuff @teamlilpeanut0807 hope this time its negative

Yeah my doctor made me fast but some don't because in reality it shouldn't affect your sugar that much if your body is producing enough insulin.
