How do you time having to pee and doctors visits I feel like once I get there I won't be able to pee

my Dr office gave me a cup to take home n I would go in it before I went to my appointment... otherwise maybe drink liquid on the way to the appointment

I drink lots of fluids as I'm getting ready and as I'm on my way to the appointment. By the time I get there I really have to pee

eventually you'll just have to pee all the time so you won't have to worry about timing it lol
