1 week and we find out the gender, 2 weeks and I'll be halfway through my pregnancy. It's so crazy to think that I've had a little person inside of me for almost 20 weeks, growing and forming and moving...a couple of years ago, I was hospitalized for an eating disorder which left me with anemia, borderline osteoporosis (no matter what I do I can't repair the damage and will have it by the time I'm in my early-mid 20s), and it almost left me unable to have children. Because of this, I had completely given up on the idea and though I stayed on birth control, I never planned to have children. Knowing now that I was able to come back and not only get healthy for the life inside me but also grow a healthy life and get past my first trimester is such a blessing. 💕 I still struggle a lot of the time but I know it will be worth it in the end.
