I washed as I went!! washed my favorites before she was born and as I needed another few I'd wash more!!!

Things fall on the floor all the time at the store...so I washed mine. I got mostly gifted new stuff and used, and the very few things I bought, I liked enough to wash. I will pass them on if I need to, but I bet i will use all of my stuff because I have twins. I didn't use a special detergent, just made an extra rinse on the cycle.

Even if she doesn't wear them, there are a lot of places that will still buy your "used" baby clothes. Like Once Upon a Child. I feel it's a lot better to wash all of them before she wears them. You never know what those clothes went through before ending up in her closet.

I received a lot of clothes from my baby shower when I was first pregnant..I washed all from sizes nb-6 months..I waited to wash the rest till he fit them cause there was some that were too warm for the summer so didn't use them kept the tag on and saved for future baby shower gifts

yes wash them because the dye on them my irritate babies skin I just buy and sort them and wash em if she never wears it pass it to someone else

I washed all mine just bc if she doesn't wear them or are in still really good condition I'm giving them away to a couple of girlfriends of mine that are both pregnant and are having girls.

My mom made me wash them because she told me their are sick people in this world that put poison and chemicals and stuff to hurt the baby's skin.
