I only worked 5 hours today and I felt like I was dying 3 hours in. I don't know what it was.. I work at a grocery store and since I'm 12 weeks I told them about me being pregnant. they were happy for me, but mad I didn't tell before because I had been pushing carts (bringing in shopping carts out of the parking lot) and they said it could of hurt the baby. (the baby is fine) BUT since I don't get to go get carts anymore I stand in one spot all day other than a 10 minute break and it kills me. lol. I enjoyed the little break getting carts & now that won't happen until I get back from maternity leave.

Thats stupid!! I feel like that would be considered good exercise as long as your not over doing it.. Talk to your OB and get them to okay it with a letter.. That way your job doesnt feel "liable" if something were to happen.. Thats what theyre worried about.. Id tell your OB you like the break and exercise! They should okay it as long as your not pushing 100+ carts at a time lol

That's the problem. they worry because we don't have a thing like walmart where it does it for you we have to push them and they're pretty heavy. it takes a lot of leg muscle and you tighten the muscles in your abdomen to get them up the incline of the parking lot.. I wish I could just go outside every so often and enjoy the fresh air! lol @ayeewhipxo

True :( Do you think theyd let you if your OB okayed it? Instead of taking one trip with carts, take like 3 small trips :)
