Is it a bad idea to eat before I go to take my glucose test tomorrow morning? I usually am starving in the morning and my doctor said its ok to eat - just heard that the stuff you drink sometimes make you throw up?

My doctor told me to fast for around 3 hours before hand

Just eat something that doesn't have a lot of sugar in it is what my dr told me

Eat something that totals less than 30g of carbs. That way your body won't be making a lot of sugar.
