Any Momma's know of any easy ways to help your milk dry up pretty quickly? I've got my breasts wrapped pretty tightly with a large ace bandage but they are still so sore I could cry my eyes out!!

Don't pump! It lasted for about a week for me. I wore a very tight sports bra all the time except for the shower.

Do not pump! This will only encourage milk production

It might be best to pump and empty your breasts if the are tight and full or else you could run the chance of getting mastitis and that would be horrible.

No. I delivered on the 4th and my breasts started swelling and getting really sore last night. They've bothered me all night long and all day today! I'm still in so much pain from the delivery (I tore 3 places and have stitches and swelling) and this new pain is just overwhelming me! 😰

I heard you put cabbage in your bra and it drys it. I'm 4 months and it stopped breastfeeding for about a month and I still have milk

You have to pretty much just wait it out... It hurts like heck and you leak but it will eventually stop
