I'm having period like cramps lower down like by my waist line and it's been constant for about an hour. There's no bleeding or anything though. Does anyone know what this could be?

It sounds like it may be your uterus growing. Mine felt like that to me! But ask your dr as well!

I'm not as far as you are but with my other two I had them through out the whole pregnancy and I was told it's just the growing and stretching of things.

more than likely growing pains. don't freak out unless u see blood or if it gets worse and doesn't stop.

If it gets too painful call. Try a warm bath or a heating pad. If it doesn't ease I would call someone and ask.
