Tested positive with my first, nothing different happened minus getting an IV of antibiotics during delivery. I was fine and so was my daughter. I believe if you have a c-section though you don't have to get antibiotics, it can only pass in vaginal birth.

the antibiotics keep the baby from getting the bacteria infection

but does it affect baby?
