how long should i bounce before feeling more noticeable contractions? im being induced thursday morning but i would like to do as much as i can to attempt naturally starting labor before then! also keep in mind that i was told bouncing on the corner of my bed works just like an exercise ball, so thats a factor too. but how long should i bounce?
