usually if they cut you, you heal quicker so they told me. they let me tear. horrible if they would have cut me I can almost bet the tear wouldn't have ended up being 3rd degree. but usually 6 weeks for you then!
They cut me and I still tore. 4th degree, the worst possible freaking tear. BUT it wasn't as bad as everyone made it seem. I had trouble going to the bathroom on my own for a few days...but after a few weeks I was healed and good to go.

I got three different sets and they told me 6 weeks, however one set of stitches was a 3rd degree tear and it took 2 months maybe 2 and a half.

Idk why they don't cut when people start tearing... I started tearing then they cut me. @morganmomma
