had my first ob appointment today was very emotional ( happy ) and I got it confirmed I am pregnant ( duh ) and got some other stuff done, I go in again tomorrow to see doctor and hopefully get this rash or whatever it is gone and find out more stuff about the baby :-)

Hey ladies, I've got a really annoying cold and headache and the only thing I have is this Option+ stuff that I'm not entirely sure of, is this stuff okay to take?
I hate having to use my WIC stuff I get embarrassed when there is a line behind me but I am so thankful for it. Got all my wic stuff then a few extra groceries, a whole shopping cart full really for $12 after using my wic checks.
