Sitz baths! I had never experienced hemorrhoids before I was pregnant and when I was pregnant with twins it was awful from all the pressure my boys caused. I also used tucks wipes until I ran out and then used witch hazel on the toilet paper.

get witch hazel soaked pads they help with inflammation
