It could be that as well. Trial and error is the best thing you can do or ask the doctor like you did. @bets

@bentley_mommy, the Dr saw her two days ago, and he said it wasn't eczema. He said a heat rash, but I wasn't so convinced.

It could be eczema or baby acne. Try not using the lotion and if it goes away then it may be that but if it doesn't then it's probably one of the other two things. @bets
