You can try desitin where your stitch is too, the spray didn't help me but using the creme before peeing worked miracles!

@sonya15, I'm not touching it !!! I'm really not 😭😭😭😭😭 I have to sit on the toilet and pee with a water bottle type thingy I put hot water in it and while I pee I squeeze it down there so the stitch don't burn

Try a stool softener to poop the nurses have them to me in the hospital... I was so scared to pool after that I was throwing them away at first but the nurses made sure I took them and it helped a lot... I had 5 stitches
