Just out of curiosity why do people try to speed up their pregnancy to labor unless advised?? I mean…

I don't understand either. So many people I know are choosing their induction date....baby will come when it's ready. Unless health reasons of course. Let nature decide!

I've been thinking the same thing. I know my baby girl has to come out, but I'd much rather listen to my doctors advice than try any old wives tales to get the baby to come early.

I am a member of a group on Facebook and they don't allow people to ask about induction as a member followed advice on there and her baby passed

@junetwofive16, selfishness and ignorance. like I see people who are barely 36 weeks like well this baby can come anyday now.. I'm like uhh you're only 36 weeks idiot you got until 40. let the baby come when it's ready. due dates are only guesses anyway... what happens if they "bring on" labor too soon? their kid suffers. pregnancey isn't meant to be comfortable. it hurts and it sucks but hello.... it's part of it.
